പുലരിയിൽ വിടർന്ന പൂക്കളിൽ,
നറുസുഗന്ധം തങ്ങിനിന്നു.
ഉരുകിയൊഴുകും മെഴുകുതിരിയിൽ,
ഇരുളകറ്റിയ നാളങ്ങൾ.
പൊൻപ്രഭയിൽ മുഴങ്ങിടുന്നു
നിൻ അനശ്വരസ്നേഹത്തിൻ ആത്മരാഗം.

തീർത്ത മുറിവുകളാൽ
ഒഴുകും ശോണം മേനിയിലാകെ
